Method of booking lessons
After registration as a member, you are required to purchase tokens for starting lessons by PayPal payment on our web site. Once we confirm your payment, you can book lessons immediately.
Payment method Payment of fees for the Service shall be made by PayPal.
For payment by a corporation, after the application has been accepted, the documents for payment, such as invoices, will be sent and payments shall be handled via bank transfer.
Payment of other than lesson fee Consumption tax (10%, indicated price is tax-exclusive price)
No payment handling charges will accrue.
For corporate user, payment handling charge will accure.
Refund of fees Cooling-off period (for tokens exceed 50,000 yen)
We accepts cancellations during the cooling-off period and early cancellation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. For details.
In the case of a proposed cancellation by Users for their personal reasons of products priced 50,000 yen or less, we will not accept the cancellation, and usage fees that have been already paid are non-refundable. In the case of cancellation due to the reasons caused by us, fees will be individually refunded.
